    More prevention. Fewer surprises.

    Instead of waiting until you are very sick, we invite you in for blood pressure checks, a yearly wellness visit, medicine reviews, and help at home when you live with a long-term condition.

    You should feel known. You should not feel billed for the same conversation three ways. If a bill looks stacked, ask us to explain it.

  2. 2 of 4 · Does this look different at different ages?

    Yes — kids, adults, and older adults.

    Children: we work to keep medicines affordable. Adults: ask about sliding fee if money is tight. Older adults: a yearly visit plus extra support if you live with several conditions.

    Our pharmacy and sliding-fee program are how those promises become a bottle on the table and a visit you can afford.

  3. 3 of 4 · What is a yearly wellness visit?

    A scheduled hour to look at the whole year — not only today’s sore throat.

    We review medicines, shots, screening tests, falls, mood, and what you want from the next year. It is a good time to update your year-long plan.

    Bring a list of questions. Bring the bottles. Bring a family member if you want a second pair of ears.

  4. 4 of 4 · What if I have been to the ER a lot?

    We would rather see you here first.

    Tell us. We can often add check-ins, a same-week slot, or a ride so the ER is not your only door. Some conditions in Citrus — including infections that are easy to miss — need a clinician who knows the local picture.

    The ER is still right for true emergencies. For everything else, start with (352) 565-7342.
