1 of 4 · Can I be seen even if I am new?
Yes. New patients are welcome.
We accept you regardless of ability to pay. We aim to see you within about a day, and not more than about two clinic days from when you need care. We are working toward longer hours so the ER is not your only option after 5 p.m.
Bring a photo ID if you have one, insurance cards if you have them, and your medicine bottles. If you have none of those, come anyway.
2 of 4 · What is under this roof?
Primary care, pharmacy, counseling, and dental — building out.
A doctor or nurse practitioner is the center. Our pharmacy helps many people pay less for medicines. Counseling is available for children and adults. Dental care is growing, with a focus on kids.
If we do not offer a service yet, we help you get it somewhere that does.
3 of 4 · What about specialists, hospitals, and labs?
We refer, we walk with you, we do not dump you.
We work with other clinics, hospitals, schools, and public health in Citrus County. If you need a screening at a school, a hospital admission, hospice, home care, nutrition help, or a ride, ask. We keep a list of people we actually call.
You should leave with a name and a number, not “look it up.”
