1 of 4 · What kinds of treatment do you offer?
Counseling, rehab, procedures, medicines, and equipment.
Counseling and behavioral health sit beside your medical visit. Physical therapy and procedures are ordered when they help — often at a partner site. Medicines can often be filled at our in-house pharmacy at a lower cost if you qualify. Equipment might be a walker, a home scale, or a breathing machine.
If we refer you out, we still want to know whether the first appointment happened.
2 of 4 · How do I get my medicines?
Ask about our pharmacy — and bring the bottles.
Our pharmacy opened on the Crystal River campus in November 2025. Many patients pay less there. Bring every bottle, including over-the-counter pills and inhalers.
We will not print milligrams on a flyer. Your pharmacist reads the label with you. If a pain-medicine plan is part of your care, naloxone (the overdose-reversal medicine) may be part of the conversation too.
3 of 4 · What if I cannot start therapy?
Money and rides are treatment issues. Say them out loud.
If a copay or a missing ride stopped the first physical-therapy visit, that is not “noncompliance.” That is a problem we can work on — sliding fee, a van or ride program, a different time of day.
A one-page sheet can sit on the fridge while we sort the logistics. Ask us to send one.
4 of 4 · Who do I call if a treatment feels wrong?
Us — the same week. Do not wait for the next annual visit.
Call (352) 565-7342. If you cannot breathe, have chest pain, or feel unsafe, call 911. If you need a person right now for crisis, 988.
Bring the bottle or the equipment to the visit. It is easier to fix what we can see.
